What we collect

When you submit the contact form, we process the details you provide (such as name, company, email, phone, service interest, timeline, and message), plus technical metadata needed to deliver and secure the request (for example timestamp, page URL/referrer when available, and IP address for abuse prevention).

Purpose

We use inquiry data solely to respond to your request and related follow-up about LINC services. We do not sell personal data.

Processors

• Vercel — website hosting and related infrastructure
• Resend — email delivery of inquiry notifications
• Cloudflare — Turnstile bot protection

Retention

Inquiry emails and related records are retained for up to 24 months unless you request earlier deletion where applicable.

International transfers

Processors may process data on infrastructure outside Indonesia. Processing is limited to lead handling and site operation as described here.

Analytics and cookies

V1 uses Vercel Web Analytics only. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or a cookie consent banner for this setup.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 16.
