Website launch checklist for clinics, consultants, and local services

A launch checklist spanning pre-design, pre-dev, pre-launch, and the first 30 days for service businesses.

4 July 2026

Launch chaos is usually a planning problem. Use this checklist as a conversation guide whether you work with LINC or another partner.

Before design

  • Confirm primary services and who the site must persuade
  • List proof you can legally show (named cases only with permission)
  • Decide languages (this guide assumes a single primary language)
  • Nominate one decision-maker for approvals
  • Gather brand assets and voice notes

Before development

  • Lock IA for agreed pages
  • Define form fields and routing (email/CRM/WhatsApp)
  • Agree SEO foundation scope at launch
  • Choose analytics that match privacy posture
  • Plan redirects if you are replacing an existing domain or CMS

Before launch

  • Unique titles, metas, and H1s on priority URLs
  • Sitemap and robots verified
  • 404 and contact paths tested on mobile
  • Legal pages present if you collect inquiries
  • Staging sign-off with content owners

First 30 days

  • Watch Search Console coverage and query noise
  • Fix broken UX friction on the highest-exit pages
  • Capture inquiry quality notes from sales
  • Schedule the first optimization backlog review
